Where I am now

A private reflection for the start and the end of these sessions. It stays on this device, nobody sees it, and there is no score.

This is yours alone. If your group runs an evaluation, that is a separate thing with its own consent, and your host will say where those answers go. Nothing here is part of it.

For each line, choose the words closest to how things are for you at the moment. Skip any you like.

Understand self

I know what my work is for, in my own words.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

I can tell when a reason I am carrying is mine and when I picked it up from someone else.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

When something goes badly, I can look back on it without blaming myself.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

Establish connection

In a tense conversation, I can listen without planning my reply.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

I ask questions of people who see things differently from me.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

I notice whose voice is missing in a meeting.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

Regulate under stress

I notice my early signs of stress.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

I can wait before I answer something that stings.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

I know who I can turn to when the work gets heavy.

Rarely Sometimes Often Most of the time

Then and now
